Obituary of Patricia B. Holman

Patricia Brown Holman, age 67, of Cranberry Springs Road, the Fleetwood Community, passed away Friday, October 2, 2015. She was the daughter of the late Olen and Lillie Isaacs Brown. She was preceded in death by her son, Danny Craig Holman and a daughter, Patricia Lynn Brown. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Sue Rominger. She is survived by her companion, Jerry Pennell, one daughter, Diane Stansberry of Elk Park, two sons, Richard Holman of Sugar Grove and Michael Holman of Elk Park. Three brothers, Dean Brown and wife Susie of Vilas, Gene Brown and wife Emogene of Vilas, and Jim Brown and wife Shirley of Zionville. Four sisters, Mary Beavers and Virginia Godfrey both of Hendersonville, Betty Jo Roper of Kernersville and Joyce Dollar and husband Bud of Vilas. She is also survived by four grandsons, Anthony Trivette and wife Erica, Jake Stansberry, Hunter and Matthew Holman, and two great-grandsons, Little Mat Holman and Luke Trivette. Funeral services for Patricia Brown Holman will be conducted Tuesday, October 6, 2015 at 2 p.m. in the Austin & Barnes Funeral Home chapel. Rev. Greg Tibbett will officiate. The family will receive friends Tuesday, prior to the service from 12:30-2:00 p.m. Burial will follow in the Vanderpool Baptist Church Cemetery.
