Obituary of Jerry Enscore

Mr. Glenn Wallace Jerry Enscore, Jr., of Laurel Springs passed away Tuesday morning, July 7, 2015 at his home. Born February 1, 1949 in Winston-Salem he was a son of the late Glenn Wallace Enscore and Ethel Marie Lash. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Jerry was a graduate of East Forsyth High School. He and his wife Susan owned and operated J. & S. Service of West Jefferson. He is survived by two sons, Jamie Enscore and wife Emma of Kernersville, NC and Johnny Enscore and wife Tracy of Belews Creek, six grandchildren, Skylar, Zoe, Austin, Chastan, Kamryn and Maddox. He is also survived by one brother, Mike Enscore, and one niece, Tara Enscore. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Susan Enscore, one sister, Margaret Fish, and one brother Chris Enscore. Memorial services for Jerry Enscore will be private. The family will receive friends Saturday, July 11 from noon until 2 oclock at Jerrys residence. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Medi Home Hospice, PO Box 421, Jefferson, NC 28640.
