Mary Emily Brown Boyce was born May 13, 1929 in Boone, NC to the late Willey and Ona Trivette Brown.
She passed away November 17, 2014. She was 85. She is survived by three children: Jeannie Pittinger and husband Chet of Lexington, Ohio; sons; Douglas Boyce and wife Lorie of Lexington, Dennis Boyce and wife Wanda of Mansfield, Ohio. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren with two on the way. She is also survived by one sister Peggy Brown Trivett of Boone, two sister-in-laws Ruth Brown of Boone and Evelyn Brown of Mooresville, NC, plus numerous nieces and nephews of Ohio and North Carolina.
She was preceded in death by one son, Donald and a daughter, Linda Wenger, (pronounced "winger") her mother and father and 5 sisters and 3 brothers.
Calling hours will be Friday, November 21 from 4 until 7 pm at Snyder Funeral Home, (Ohio) and funeral service will be Saturday, November 22, at 11:00 AM, with Rev. Corey Schunerer and Rev. Yogi Durbin officiating, at North Woodbury Alliance Church. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Memorial Park in Ohio.
