Weldon 'Sam' Bass, age 82, of Sunset Mountain Rd., Boone, passed away Saturday, September 13, 2014.
Mr. Bass is survived by his wife, Jane; daughters, Melissa and Susan; and son, Stephen.
Memorial services will be conducted Saturday, September 27th, at 1 pm at Pleasant Green United Methodist Church in Durham.
