I was one of Dr. Warren's first patients when he started out and it was a very good decision that Mom made. Not only a relative through the Warren side of the family he is my Brother in Jesus. Yes I said is, because that earthly body may have given out but the part that made up Lee Warren will never die because he trusted in Jesus. Family, my heart and prayers go out to you and just remember this is not the end but the beginning. Neil Oliver

Anyone who knew Lee knew he was a kind, compassionate, generous man who loved his family more than life itself. He was the ultimate professional but more times than not our conversations centered around his family.... Debbie, Debin, Robert, and Blair, and yes his closest furry friend Ava who he lost recently. From the first meeting with him I knew Lee was more than just a client and we became good friends quickly. Lee was family to me and I truly miss him. I do take comfort in the words of a song which I had shared with him during a difficult moment, "we are not as those who have no hope". Lee was a deeply spiritual man and more than once he asked for my prayers which I gladly offered. He is certainly in a better place now and I know I will see him again some day. I pray blessings and peace over the family during this difficult time. Know that your husband and father was loved by many and leaves a legacy you can be proud of. Sincerely, Gwyn Parsons

As one of his first patients I was impressed at his generosity in allowing me to pay as I was able being a financially challenged ASU student in 1972. We became fast friends and he allowed me to use his office tools to complete Industrial Arts projects as he had tools the university lacked for my particular pieces. He was our family dentist until we moved away from the Boone area but frequently “touched base” upon return. Our sincere condolences to family and friends.

One evening I was working at Bojangles and Dr. Warren came in to eat. He was so nice. One that you never forget. We talked and he introduced himself to me, and we talked. He was the kindest person I ever met. I know we talked about his family family and was he so proud of his children. I will never forget that evening. I will never forget his smile and kindness. My prayers go out to his family in the following weeks.

Dr. Warren was my dentist for a couple of decades. Though we saw each other only twice a year, I felt like a long lost friend each and every time, with inquiries about family and always time for a little chat. "A true gentleman" is an apt description of the man, and quite literally he was a gentle man. I know he will be sorely missed by his family and all those whose lives he touched, but he will be remembered so fondly and with a life well-lived.
