Obituary of Rachael Nicole Miller

Rachael Nicole Miller, 42, of Boone, North Carolina, sadly left us on January 12, 2023, after a long hard fight against illness. Rachel is survived by her devoted and loving husband, Brent Spencer; father and mother, George and Vickie Miller; sisters Elizabeth Miller and Meghan Bolick; her three children Zoë Spencer, Landyn Lamm, and Hope Robinson, granddaughter Amiya Spencer and aunt Luann Absher Lamm. Rachel was preceded in death by her daughter, Josie Spencer. Rachel was an avid music lover; she could get her head banging to some classic rock. She also enjoyed making picture collages bringing a new light to past memories. She could always bring brightness into your life whether it was from her joyful smile or the vivid colors in her hair! A funeral service will be held at 5 pm on Saturday January 21, 2023 at Austin & Barnes Funeral Home Chapel located at 194 Queen Street Boone, N.C. 28607. The family will receive friends Saturday from 4pm until 5pm, prior to service.
