Obituary of Reba Carroll Randall

Reba Carroll Randall, age 84, of Deep Gap, the Triplett Community, passed away Saturday, December 24, 2022.She was a native and lifelong resident of Watauga County, and the daughter of the late Leonard Spencer Carroll and Rosa Hodges Carroll. She was a lifelong member of Mount Ephraim Baptist Church. Reba loved to deer and turkey hunt, and always enjoyed her four wheeler rides. She found a lot of enjoyment in cooking, and no one ever left her house without eating something. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Grady Randall; her son, Michael Randall, and her daughter-in-law Tanya Randall. She is survived by a daughter, Vickie Watson and husband David; a son Phil Randall and wife Candi; grandsons, Joshua Randall, Travis Randall and wife Susan, Brent Randall and wife Amber, Colton Watson, Chad Kerly and wife Lisa. Great grandsons, Ace William, Oliver Grady, and Marshall Kane. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, December 29, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. in Mount Ephraim Baptist Church, Rev. Burl Jones and Rev. Rick Critcher will officiate. Burial will follow in Rhymer Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday, December 28, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in Austin & Barnes Funeral Home.
