Jeff was a loyal friend and gentle soul. I remember many dinners my husband and I shared with Jeff & Donna. Jeff did love to read. One day I was in my car at the library and I saw a man carrying two books. I read the titles and thought, “That must be an interesting man.” I looked up and saw that the man was Jeff and it did not surprise me. I’m glad I’m unable to tell my deceased husband that Jeff has passed, but I’d like to think he was there to greet Jeff.

Mr. Carter was the best Physical Therapist! There are no words to express how saddened I am to hear of his passing. My condolences for all his family and friends.

Jeff was the best supervisor a PTA could ask for: easy going, gentle criticism followed by praise on the job well done. He was a gentle soul but with a dry wit that would sneak up on you and make you laugh. He will truly be missed.
