I have been a life long friend of Garvey as well as my brothers, Johnny and Danny. My Mom and Dad were also friends with his parents. We went to school together in Boone, drove school busses together, and run around together when we were young. I think the last time I saw him was at the Bristol Race Track several years ago. He was a true friend of ours and we will miss him even though we did not see him ofter. We will pray for the family during this difficult time and ask God to be with you.
