Heidi and Heather - I am so sorry to hear of your mother's passing. I wish I had known earlier. She is back with your dad now. Heaven has gained an angel because Barbara was an angel to the core. Billy, Lindsay, Lauren and I are thankful that we had the pleasure of knowing her and your dad. I still have a little wooden Santa Claus that your dad made. I have thought and him and your mother every time I take it out to decorate for Christmas. You are in my prayers and I hope your mom has a very happy heavenly birthday.
With love,
Billy and Nadine Walter

Heather, Heidi and family, I am so saddened to hear about Barbara’s passing! I have great memories of working with Barbara for many years. She was not just a coworker, she was my work family. I loved her so much and enjoyed seeing you both grow up. She was so proud of her girls and of Her granddaughter Lilly. She lit up when she spoke of her and showed me her adorable pictures. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Hugs!
Love from Betty Southerland

Heidi and Heather, I am so sorry to learn of the passing of your Mom. Mom always enjoyed working with your Mom all the years they spent at Belks together. She was a pleasure to be around and always had a smile on her face. We will definitely miss her.

Heidi and Heather, it is with a breaking heart that we just learned of Ms. Barbara’s passing. I knew her as a Girl Scout leader here in Warner Robins. She was the epitome of a southern woman, a very special woman, wife, mother, worker and Girl Scout leader. We admired her very much and we’re so happy for Sarah and Heidi to grow through scouts together from little brownies all of the way through Seniors in high school. May your memories with Barbara leave y’all precious memories of peace and gratitude from now all through the future.

What a shock to learn about Barbara. It seems as if we talked 3 or 4 months ago and everything seemed fine Our conversations were normally 5 minutes of chit chat and 30 minutes about Libby Ann. How she loved her grand daughter. Barbara always had that smile and easy going personality so everyone loved her We always had fun at family get togethers at Grannies and played as cousins did We still exchange Christmas gifts! I will miss my Georgia pecans this year. Our love to you.

Heather, Heidi and Family: Jana, Henry and I are sad to hear this news. Your Mom meant a lot to us while Henry was growing up. We loved spending time with her at Mossy Creek, where she always had a big smile and a hug for Henry and some kind of wonderful homespun story to share while we sat and visited. We are thankful for that time with her and those memories. With love and sympathy, Jason
