I am Thankful for the time that I once knew JC and the times he helped me in different ways, especially the times he took me to the airports and the times he and Ladonna picked me up there. I was very saddened to hear of his passing and I still think about him often.
Ladonna, I am so sorry for your loss. Daddy thought very highly of JC and always spoke highly of him to me. You and your family are in my prayers.

Ladonna, I am saddened to here about your husband. My husband passed away in 2015 and it is difficult. God will see you through this. Don’t put any time limit on your grief journey. God will give you the strength you need to find joy in other things.

Sending sympathy to the Shore Family. My name is Barbara Craig Hudspeth. I went to school in Blowing Rock for 5 years. I had a handsome classmate named JC. He was a sweet fellow and I wish we could have met back up over this life to catch up, but we didn't. I remember he did not like ice cream or milk or maybe both. I never forgot that fact. Hopefully that grandson helped him learn to love them both. Love to Ladonna, Ashley and Matt, and son.
