Betty was a wonderful lady in every way. Betty used to stay with us when she was attending Appalachian High School and she was the sweetest, kindest young woman ever. She will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved her.

I worked with Betty at the ASU Student Health Service for many years. She was always the happiest lady that I knew, as she was always laughing and always smiling. I remember her always talking about her family, her faith, and cooking. We shared our love of cooking, especially since the both of us made sourdough bread. I have many recipes in my personal collection that Betty gave me that I still make today. One being my all time favorite is the Swiss Chocolate Cake. Betty was a genuine person. She will always be remembered years to come at the ASU Student Health Service. I send to you her family, my deepest condolences. I will be praying for you in the days and weeks ahead.

Betty was a true saint!! Her love for others and her willingness to share Jesus with everyone she met is what I will always remember her for. She never failed when we were little to stop and pick us up every night for Bible school. She helped plant the seeds that later led us to accept Christ as our savior. She was a wonderful neighbor who cared for all and made the BEST coconut pie ever. We will miss you sweet lady! Go rejoice with your Jesus ❤️ Well done faithful servant.

Betty was always one of my favorite people. She had a wonderful love for everyone she met. She shared her love for others because of the Lord in her heart! I was always amazed at how she could brighten up an otherwise rainy day.
My thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends. Betty is now with her Lord and Saviour in Heaven with no more pain and sorrow like she experienced on earth. Go Rest High Betty!

Dearest family,
On behalf of the Mary Helen Cole family, we are so saddened by Betty’s passing. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. Lean on the Lord and trust in HIM. He will never leave you, nor forsake you. We share with you our life verses: Proverbs 6:5-6 & Jeremiah 29: 11-13. One of my fondest memories was selling Tupperware with her back in the early 80’s. We love y’all. May God bless y’all and the Holy Spirit comfort you.

Aunt Betty has always been like a second mother to me and she will be deeply missed. We had some great times working together at ASU Health Service’s and she was always so positive with the students she worked with. I am heart broken for each of you and pray for Gods comfort for each of you during this time and I pray wonderful memories come to mind every time you think of her. I love you all! Cynthia

Dearest Bill, Sandra, Mike and all of Betty's Family,
We are so, so very sorry for your loss. Betty was a jewel! She was always so kind and thoughtful, always thinking of others, and was always there to lend a helping hand! She was one of the best cooks around! She certainly spoiled Robert and I with some of her delicious foods. I would like to think that her and Gladys are now cooking up some mighty tasty foods in Heaven. She will be missed by everyone who knew her! Please know that you all are in our thoughts and prayers.
Love, Robert & Renee
