I am so sad to hear of the passing of Lois. I worked with her when I was in high school in the early 80's at Western Steer. I always loved going into Chick Fil A and seeing her as well. She was the sweetest lady I think I've ever met. May you rest in peace sweet Lois. Your smile and hugs will be missed.

My mother was a resident at Glenbridge for many years prior to her death in 2013. Your mother’s regular visits were always a ray of sunshine. Our family enjoyed knowing your mother and really appreciated the cheer she brought to our mother. She was a sweet, kind person.

So sad to hear of the passing of Ms. Lois. She was such a blessing to know and our lives are so much better because we knew her. Back to Western Steer days to Golden Coral to Chic Fil A, she always made you smile. Heaven is so much sweeter and can’t wait to see her again. Love and hugs to your precious family.

Mrs. Lois' passing is our loss and Heaven's gain. What a wonderful lady and friend. One of the things that Covid took from us was we lost the opportunity to visit with her at Chick-Fil-A. She was a bright light in this world. It is a blessing and a promise that we will see her again some day. Blessings to you, sweet family. She spoke of you with such love and pride. You are in our prayers.

I am sooo sorry! I had often wondered how she was doing since I had not been able to see her at Chick-fil-A due to the dining room being closed. She was a true inspiration and I’ll never forget her and her servants heart!!!

My brother Robert Dale & I were so saddened to receive the news of our loving Aunt Lois passing. We live in Ohio and never visited much, but when we did, she was a beam of love and light, so kind, and gentle, with a smile always on her face. We know she's an angel in heaven, which gives us peace. Aunt Lois presence on Earth will be greatly missed; however, we are so blessed to know she'll be watching over us in heaven above. With Love and Sympathy to All of You, Robert Dale Hodges Debra (Hodges) Barnhouse (husb. Greg) Adam Gayheart (Debra's son) Adam Gayheart (Debbie's son).

This just breaks my heart! What a joy to spend time with her earlier in the year and share her life story through High Country magazine. She touched my life in a big way, as she did my publisher who came to take pictures. I've never met anyone like her before and I can say my life is richer because of her. Unfortunately because of covid and a death in my own family, I will not be able to attend her service. But I will hold your family in my prayers....and her memories in my heart.

We only had the privilege of knowing Ms. Lois for a short time, but what a godly, uplifting lady she was! Up until her health decline a few weeks ago, she was always faithful and in her place at church every service! When asked how she was, her answer was always, "I'm blessed to be here!" We are saddened by her passing, but joyful in knowing that she has graduated from this world into her heavenly home with Jesus! We'll see you soon Ms. Lois!
To her family, please know that we have been and continue to pray for you, knowing that God will help and comfort you during this time of grieving.
God Bless!

Aunt Lois was one of a kind! She always had so much energy and her presence drew everyone to her. I know she is having a time with all her siblings and her parents who preceded her to Heaven and they are having a Roten Reunion the likes of which we cannot imagine. We will miss you, Aunt Lois, but we will see you again soon!

Thinking of your family with the passing of your mother. I have fond memories of coming to your house and making play dough with the group of GA’s (Girls in Action)from Rutherwood and doing other activities over the years. Lifting your family up in prayer.
