We are so sad to learn of Ms Joy’s passing last Sun evening. However, glad to know her pain is gone. We will be praying & remembering her from afar with you tomorrow morning as you all celebrate the memories of her life. She meant a lot to all of us here in Ga & we are thankful for the times we did have to share time with her & know her. Even though her & my dads marriage was brief, we feel she made him very happy. She had a funny sense of humor & when we lost him, she helped us through it. This world is smaller cause shes no longer with us but Heaven has gained an angel. We pray for God to surround you all tomorrow & all the days ahead. RIP Ms. Joy, we love & miss you always.
I’m sorry time passing and Covid prevented me from visiting Joy at Foley. I so enjoyed hearing and discussing her unfiltered thoughts and such while we worked at ASU! Blessings to the family.

I'm so sorry for your loss. The Bavarian Village staff and residents all loved her very much. True to her name, she spread Joy topped with a heaping helping of love and kindness throughout our community. We now have a very special angel watching over us that continues to spread her sweet love and Joy beyond the gates of heaven. Thank you for sharing your sweet beautiful amazing mother with us. It was a true Joy and pleasure to have known her. Please know that you and your family are in our prayers.
