I just learned of Kinsey's passing when reading her obituary in the Watauga Democrat. My heart is breaking for you! I absolutely loved and adored Kinsey. She always just lit up the room. I loved attending her performances and softball games, and of course I loved seeing her every Tuesday at choir. I wish I had known earlier about the service, because I would have been right there. I am praying for a peace that passes all understanding for the three of you. I share in your sadness...

GOD let our paths cross and for that I am Thankful. I am Thankful that my sister provided you a place to stay when you came to our church so you didn't have to be on the road so much. Thankful that me and my daughter ran into you at Olive Garden a few months back. I know I will see you again. This makes me realize even more than ever to always be humble and kind. Prayers for all of you!

Kelly, Keith, Kloie & family,
It is with a heavy heart that I send this message to you. Kinsey was a beautiful, sweet and amazing young lady who accomplished so much in her young life. Having known her from birth, I especially enjoyed hearing about what was going on in her life. Rest assured that she and her grandparents are holding hands, singing and strolling over heaven. Love and prayers, Ann & George Shore

We met on Facebook and after I became a member of Tomorrow's Bluegrass Stars you said "you were so excited to have a bluegrass brother and another one to take care of". When I got to SPBGMA in 2016, I hear SAMMY!!! Clear down the hallway and you gave me the biggest tightest bear hug then drug me away from my parents and took me around, introduced me to people, filled me up with pop and candy and going around watching bluegrass jams, even jamming ourselves.
In Raleigh NC 2017 Bluegrass Kinda Christmas, you surprised me with a surprise birthday party with a cake and all and, you was beside me singing on stage performing before Doyle Lawson which I was a bit nervous but you held my hand all the way to the stage so I wouldn't fall and before I left you insisted on buying me coffee and I said no but I knew better then to tell you no lol. Like I said you treated me like your little brother, you protected me if you thought someone was going to hurt me and you took care of me and cheered me on. You were always ready to play music or a show with me and even fill in or just to play music. I will always think of you as my big sister. When you left this world today, you took my heart with you and their will always be an empty spot but you have been a big blessing in my life and many others lives as well. You were always fun, joking and living life to the fullest. I'm going to miss your hugs, texting you, hearing how your day went and calling you and seeing you in person hearing your voice. There will be big shoes to fill but you will never be forgotten. I know where you are at and I know you will meet me on the other side! Until then, Go Rest High On That Mountain!

Kinsey will always be in my heart and mind as a joyful, "big kid." She loved attending and working at summer camp. She made all of the campers feel loved and special. On dress up days, she was always more than willing to assume the day's identity. Even before that, she was one of my campers...on talent days, her dancing and musical talent blew me away. I was lucky enough to get to see her perform on a real stage, too. Kinsey, I know you're up there in heaven performing for Jesus as all of the angels smile when they hear your sweet, sweet voice. Save me a seat, will you?

I worked with Miss Greene at MYA. The kids all loved and adored her. She had a special light that couldn’t be stolen. She and I had a couple of young boys that we entertained with our goofy clothes. Her hamburger shoes always make me smile. Miss Greene had the ability to make so many people smile and laugh. Her presence will be greatly missed by all of us who knew her. May God comfort her family and friends.

I met Kinsey through lifelong friends I went to church with. She was very talented and such a kind young lady. I loved to hear her play her instruments and sing. She sang in the choir and attended youth groups at the church and various get togethers. She spent many nights at my sister's house. I know I will see her again when this life here is over because she accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her personal saviour. She is experiencing what we've only heard about.....streets of Gold, walls of pearls, Jesus, no more tears! Friends and family who have gone on before her. Hearing the most beautiful music and singing she's ever heard before. Until we meet again young lady! Thankful GOD let me and my daughter see and talk to you a few months back at Olive Garden in Wilkesboro. Sure never imagined it would be the last time we would talk. Prayers for your Mom, sister, Dad and friends and family.

Kelly and Khoie-
I can only imagine the Valley you are walking through. Your daughter and sister held a very special place in my heart. I will never forget that spunky girl with the best hugs! My heart hurts BUT I will see her again of that I am sure as I will never forget her calling after midnight on 2-1-2014 and talking to her and reading scripture and her accepting God into her heart. Please know you are in prayers and thoughts. May God's Grace abound around you. And remember there is no wrong way to grieve. If you want to laugh cry, or shout it is fine. I know as I walked through this loosing my husband in 2006. I love you all. If you need anything please let me know. I will be sending a memorial to the Bluegrass Stars.
Kindest Regards,
Ronda Fagan
