A lovely lady with a welcoming smile and generous heart. She always had time to chat with a couple of nosey kids/teenagers. Nadine and I learned several life-lessons from Dorothy. Deepest sympathy to Dorothy's family! Mary Ruth and Dan Bumgarner

Dorothy and I would watch the birds together, sing hymns, and play with pic filters(never posted the pics), but the moment she noticed that she had ears in these photos she would let out the most glorious sound of laughter. I will forever remember her laughter, her smile, and her tender nurturing soul.

Every time I saw Dorothy at church, or when she was shopping, or anywhere else she always stopped and spoke to me with a kind conversation and very pleasant smile . I am in Omaha Nebraska so I will not be able to be there for the services. But you will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Dorothy was a sweet lady. We sang in the choir together and would sit next to each other. We always had fun in choir practice.
