I was so sorry to hear about Elaine's passing. She was such a sweet person and a wonderful cousin. I remember when she was born. Us cousins would play together when we were little and we came to visit. I did not get to see her much after we got older and we all got married. Eugene, the last time I saw you both was at Lois's birthday party. I had been praying day every for her health since then. We don't know when we will see someone for the last time. We need to cherish our loved ones and tell them we love them all the time. I know you loved her and she loved you and her family. I loved her also. A lot of people will miss her. I will continue to pray for the family, asking God to give you the strength and grace that only He can give.

I don't even know where to start. Elaine was a friend to all. She loved our church and everyone in it with her whole heart. Always a smile on her face and a song on her heart.
