Obituary of Frances Irene Henson

Frances Irene Hollers Henson, age 90, of Vilas, passed away Saturday, January 30, 2021 at the Foley Center. Born January 30, 1931 in Blowing Rock, she was the daughter of the late Everette and Mady Lutrell Hollers. Frances was retired from IRC and was of the Christian faith. She is survived by two daughters, Judy Miler and husband Boyd of Deep Gap and Barbara Deal of Winston-Salem, one brother, Grady Hollers of Hickory and one sister, Audrey McKay of Charlotte. She is also survived by a number of grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to her father and mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Allen E. Henson and a brother, Kenneth Hollers. There will be no service, Frances will be entombed at Mount Lawn Memorial Park & Gardens Mausoleum. Austin & Barnes Funeral Home & Crematory is serving the family.
