Leigh, I am so very sorry to hear about your mom. I always enjoyed being around her when you and Aimee were at NWA. She was so sweet, friendly and welcoming; and I loved her . My thoughts and prayers are with you, your dad and family. God be with you, Donna Zemanek

A saying of unknown origin says “if you have a loving sister, you are rich”. My riches, then, cannot be counted because Vivian was the best sister anyone could have, and I have no doubt she loved me from the day I was born. . She was incredibly beautiful, which I am not sure she knew, generous to a fault, cared for her loved ones beyond measure, prayed for us without ceasing, and pursuant to what our dad taught us (knock that “t out of can’t”), I don’t know of any task relating to home maintenance she wouldn’t perform. I recall driving up to her house in Houston, only to find her sitting on a sideways ladder painting siding near the attic. In 2017, I became very ill. I don’t remember when she got to the hospital, but she was there with me for a majority of the surgeries, and left only because she was having worse symptoms from PSP, and needed to see her physician in Houston. I do miss her, but I believe she is now out of her wheelchair, walking perfectly, and without pain.
