We. cleaned Mrs. Eggers windows for about 7 years. We viewed her not as just a client but also a friend. She was always so kind, friendly and positive. She genuinely cared about people. We left her home with a smile and feeling better than when we came. It was an honor to have known her. Condolences to all who loved her. I know she will be missed.

I met Flavel in 1973 when she became my supervisor in the Southern Bell, later Bellsouth, Business Office. We have kept in touch through all these years with cards and telepone calls. Flavel was one of the nicest, most thoughtful people I have ever known and I am so sorry I will never have the pleasure of talking with her again. Rest in peace dear friend.

Scott, Aunt Flavil was a wonderful lady. My family and my brothers and their families loved Aunt Favil dearly. My mother, your Aunt Alice, absolutely loved your Mom. My Dad and your Mom shared the same birthday. It always amazed me how they remembered and got in touch on every birthday. God blessed you with two wonderful parents and you are such a great tribute to both of them. God managed to package you with equal parts of each of them. So sorry to read of the passing of your Mom Flavel. I can't begin to tell you how "special" a
person she was. I had a close working relationship with her at the Phone Company while
working at Appalachain. I have never met such a sweet person, so pleasant to work with and
so helpful. Always had a smile on her face, and a smile in her heart.. Scott, your Mom was the
"Best" You followed in her footsteps and I know she was so very proud of both you and Theresa.
She lived a good long life and the Good Lord will now take care of such a wonderful person.

Flavel called many times to ask how my mom
-Kathleen Ward was doing. She would send cards and was so kind on the phone. They were a day apart in age and longtime friends. Mom died last August at 91 years old.
