I met Chip when I was 5 years old, he and I went to school together from kindergarten on thru high school, Chip and I were always friends we used to lift weights in Chips basement we called it the Ivy Ridge Health Club. Chip and I grew apart after school but no matter how long we went without seeing each other when we did it was as if not a single day had passed, he was a tru friend. Chip was truly a good man he held his beliefs close to his heart to my knowledge he never wavered he was always the same Chip, he loved it when we had our Bethel reunions, he loved the school and all those he went to to school with. I will miss Chip I loved him just like a brother. I wish Tina and Caleb all the best, I know they will miss Chip and they’re hearts will ache when they think of him, but Chip is with his Lord he’s in no more pain and one day all of us who share his belief in Jesus Christ will see him again and what a joyous day that will be.

To know Chip Presnell was to smile. He was a “great warrior,” not only in his own health battle, but he was the greatest prayer warrior a friend could have. He was always in the fight for the world to know Jesus. He wanted you to know he loved you too. My life is better for having know Chip. He was proud of his family and we will be asking God to give you strength and peace in the days ahead. Sweet memories.

Chip has been a dear friend for many many years. Tina our hearts are breaking for you and your family. He was such a joy and now he's shouting and singing and of course playing basketball. Those are the memories Ricky will carry forever. Him and his little pygmy. Poor old Chip he heard every short joke in the book and always took them in stride and just laughed along. He will be missed by all, Wishing you peace and love during this difficult time. We are here if you ever need anything. God Bless you always.

Chip was a loyal faithful friend and Had many characteristics I admired!
Remember how strong he was in elementary school and high school when he lifted weights? it’s uplifting to know his strength has returned and he is living the best days of his life. We will all miss him yet, we can go and be with him again if we know Christ as our savior.
God’s best for you Bruce and family as you mourn the life of an amazing man. Love and strength to you all! Tammy Hollar-Scott

There is so much joy that Chip is at home with the Lord! I'm thankful that his battle here is over. But I am so sad for Tina and Caleb. Chip had so many people that loved him and I can't imagine what it will be like for the family to grieve without those loved ones around you. Please know that, while we can't be there in person, I hope that the prayers of your brothers and sisters in the Lord will give you strength and comfort. Please know that we are here if there is anything we can do.

Dear Bruce, Betty & Family,
My sincere condolences to you all! Chip was a rare soul! I know you will miss him terribly but how glad are our hearts to know he is in heaven with our Lord!
Though the years have taken us all in different directions, I have always had fond memories of Chip. When we were kids, Chip & I were friends, during our years at Bethel school. Often we sat together & talked on the bus. Chip was a quiet, peaceful, honorable, Christian boy. I trusted him like no other. He had a good heart!
Bruce and Chip were both the best boys my sister, Tammy, and I knew in our school days at Bethel. We treasure those childhood friendships and memories.
God blessed us all who knew Chip!
Kind Regards,
Monica Hollar Krenz
