Our condolence to Patricia and Daren Church, Linda, the grandchildren and the rest of the family. We worked with Hubert at NCDOT and he was always a joy to work with. Always laughing and upbeat and a good friend since 1978. He worked in the District Office in Surveying and later in Maintenance. He was always kind and good to us and will be missed. He was so neat and and loved car racing and life. Rest in peace Hubert. Thank you for being good to us. Thank you for the calls and checking on us.
