Obituary of Edith Louise S. Greer

Edith Louise Saylor Greer, 89, of Deep Gap, passed away peacefully in her home on February 12th, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jones Greer. Edith is survived by her daughter, Sylvia Riddell of Henderson, NV; her son, Edward Greer and his wife, Nancy, of Deep Gap; seven grandchildren, Michael Riddell and wife, Shelia,of Troutman, Sandra Riddell of Henderson, NV, and Stephanie, Sharon, Andrew, Jo-el and Christy Greer, all of Deep Gap; 2 great-granddaughters and 8 great-great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Thursday afternoon, February 20th, at 4 o'clock at Three Forks Baptist Church. A pot-luck dinner will follow services in the church fellowship hall.
