Obituary of Barbara B. Clark

December 14, 2011 Mrs. Barbara Beaver Clark, age 69, of Deal Mill Road, Granite Falls, died Wednesday morning, December 14, 2011 at her home. Born December 9, 1942 in Watauga County, she was a daughter of the late Russell Isaacs and Madge Moody Cornett. Barbara was a retired cook and was of the Baptist Faith. She is survived by her husband; Reuben Clark, two daughters; Margie Clark and husband Roy of Granite Falls and Rachel Beaver and James Robbins, Sr. of Lenoir, one son; James Beaver of Lenoir, her mother; Madge Cornett of Vilas, two brothers; Darrell Cornett and wife Judy and Eddie Cornett and wife Jane all of Vilas, nine grandchildren; Stacey Cardwell and husband Michael, Dustin Beaver, Karlin Beaver, Billy Johnson, Jeremiah Johnson, Jessy Robbins, Ashley Hamby, Tabitha Watson and Beth Kelly and one great grandson; Trevor Tolbert. She was preceded in death by her father; Russell Isaacs. Funeral services for Mrs. Barbara Beaver Clark will be conducted Saturday at 12 noon at Austin & Barnes Funeral Home Chapel. Officiating will be Rev. Michael Owens and Rev. Richard Owens. Burial will follow in the Clarks Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery.
