Jeffrey Howard Douglas, 45, of Cameron Terrace, Boone, died Saturday, November 19, 2011. Jeffrey was born August 14, 1966 in Urbana, Illinois and grew up in the town of Pendleton, Oregon. He received his BA Degree in Communications from Washington State University. He was an active member of Grace Lutheran Church and was a video editor at Samaritans Purse. Mr. Douglas is survived by his wife, Cynthia Douglas, and their children, William Mitchell �Mitch� and Samantha May Douglas, all of the home; parents, Bonnie and Clyde Lee Douglas, Jr. of Pendleton, Oregon; sister, Julie Douglas Birrer and husband, Brannon, and their children, Taryn, Tori, Tyson and Thane, all of Lake Tapps, Washington; his grandparents, Opal and Clyde Lee Douglas, Sr., and an uncle, Roger Dale Douglas, all of Karnak, Illinois; mother and father-in-law, Sylvia and William Browne, Jr. of Edmonds, Washington; brother and sister-in-law, William Browne III and wife Terrill, and their children, Patrick, Kate and Christian Browne, all of Enid, Oklahoma; and brother-in-law, Patrick Browne of Missoula, Montana. Memorial services for Jeffrey Howard Douglas will be conducted Monday afternoon, November 28th at 4 o�clock at Grace Lutheran Church, officiated by Pastor Derek Boggs. The family will receive friends Monday evening, following services, at the church. The family suggests memorials to the Edward R.
