Obituary of Larry L. Henson

Mr. Larry Len Henson, age 48, of Smith Henson Road, Sugar Grove, died Monday evening, April 25, 2011. Born August 18, 1962 in Watauga County, he was the son of Arlie and Mary Fay Bunton Henson. Larry was a truck driver and was employed by J. & M. Wrecker service. In addition to his parents, he is survived by two daughters; Hiliary and Victoria Henson of Lansing, one grandson; Michael Finley of Lansing; one sister; Janice Harmon and husband Jack all of Sugar Grove, his maternal grandmother; Rosa Bunton of Elk Park; one uncle; George Bunton and wife Linda of Elk Park, two nephews; Johnny Bunton of Elk Park and Austin Phillips of Sugar Grove; one niece; Andrea Hicks and husband Toby of Sugar Grove, and the mother of his children; Ruth Henson of Lansing. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents; Smith and Jeothra Henson and his maternal grandfather; Dallas Bunton and a host of friends. Funeral services for Mr. Larry Len Henson will be conducted Friday afternoon at 2 o�clock at the Central Assembly of God Church. Officiating will be Rev. Ray Greene, Rev. Derick Wilson, Rev. Charles Bristle and Rev. Chuck Bristle. Burial will follow in the Greene Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Greene Cemetery Fund, in care of Dana Millsaps, 304 Smith Henson Road, Sugar Grove, NC 28679. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6 o�clock until 8 o�clock at Austin & Barnes Funeral Home. At other times friends may call at the residence of Arlie and Mary Fay Henson, 484 Smith Henson Road, Sugar Grove.
