Obituary of Wayne L. Isaacs

December 17, 2010 Mr. Wayne Loyd Isaacs, age 75, of Larry Winkler Road, Boone, died Thursday evening, December 16, 2010 at Watauga Medical Center. Born September 20, 1935 in Watauga County, he was a son of the late Dennis and Mabel Dancy Isaacs. Wayne was a member of Rutherwood Baptist Church; he was a landscaper and a recycler. He is survived by his wife; Mary Winkler Isaacs, six daughters; Diane Trivette and husband Ralph of Fleetwood, Susan Millsaps and fianc� Ricky Holman of Vilas, Tracy Millsaps of Vilas, April Tucker and husband Finley of Lenoir, Debbie Butchard and husband David of Spencer and Teresa Isaacs of Bishopville, South Carolina, six granddaughters; Heather, Miranda, Nicci, Alexandra, Haley, and Allison, three grandsons; Michael, Devin, and Cody,two great granddaughters; Elizabeth and Liliana,three brothers; Ed Isaacs and wife Faye, Ronnie Isaacs and wife Linda, and Ricky Isaacs and wife Geneva all of Vilas, and one sister, Nadine Mangrum of Vilas, and a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife; Shelby Isaacs, two sons; Wade Moran and Dennis Isaacs, one sister; Carol Bryant, and one brother Lonnie Isaacs. Funeral services for Mr. Wayne Loyd Isaacs will be conducted Sunday afternoon at 2:30 at Rutherwood Baptist Church. Officiating will be Rev. Gary Lawrence and Tim Moretz. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday afternoon prior to the service from 1 o�clock until 2:30 at Rutherwood Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family in care of Rutherwood Baptist Church, 142 Don Hayes Road, Boone, NC 28607.
