Warren Marcus Ward, age 71, of Blowing Rock, died Friday evening, August 27th, at the Davant Rehab and Extended Care Facility.
Mr. Ward is survived by his sister, Martha Presnell and husband Roy of Sugar Grove; one brother, Jimmy Ward of Boone; and a number of cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Marcus Arnold and Lula Grace Harmon Ward one sister, Lillie Mae Ward and one brother, Wayne Paul Ward.
Services for Warren Marcus Ward will be conducted Friday morning, September 3, 2010 at 10 o'clock at Faith Baptist Church in the Rominger community, officiated by Rev. Richard Trivette. Burial was at the Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Ward family.
