Obituary of Keith W. Aldridge

December 10, 2009 Mr. Keith Wayne Aldridge, age 30, of US Hwy 321 North, Vilas, died Wednesday December 9, 2009 at home. Born September 21, 1979 in Watauga County, he was the son of Richard and Janie Tester Aldridge. Keith was a graduate of Watauga High School. He had an avid love of sports and excelled in basketball and baseball. His family has fond memories of watching him play ball. Keith was a member of Westview Baptist Church. Survivors include his parents, Richard and Janie Tester Aldridge, one brother; Kevin Aldridge and wife Kristy of Todd, two nieces; Lynsey and Abby Aldridge; his paternal grandparents; Ralph and Hazel Aldridge of Vilas, four uncles; Zane Tester and wife Linda, Johnny Tester and wife Donna, Junior Tester and Kenneth Aldridge and wife Cathy; three aunts; Judy Mann and husband Doug; Janet Cox and husband Jerry; Carolyn Aldridge and Chad Mitchell and many other loving family members. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents; Clyde and Lillie Tester. Funeral services for Mr. Keith Wayne Aldridge will be conducted Saturday afternoon at 2 o\'clock at Westview Baptist Church. Officiating will be Rev. Zane Tester, Rev. Eric Proffit and Rev. Chuck Morefield. Burial will follow in the Westview Baptist Church Cemetery. Flowers are accepted or memorials may be made to a charity of the donor\'s choice.
