Kelly Colleen O'Grady Ward, age 30, of Boone, died Saturday afternoon March 14, 2009 at Watauga Medical Center. Born in San Diego, California June 21, 1978, she was the daughter of the late Kathleen O'Grady.
Surviving is her husband, Michael Cook of Blowing Rock.
Memorial services for Kelly Colleen O'Grady Ward will be conducted Friday March 27, 2009 at 2 o'clock at St. Luke's Episcopal Church.
