Angel May Newman, 44, of Mountain City, TN passed away on Monday, July 15, 2019 at her home.
Angel was born February 24, 1975 to the late Wilma Minton and Granville McLean. Angel was a beloved mother to her daughters: Ellen McLean and Cursty Kennedy. She loved and adored her grandchildren: Jason, Levi, Alex, Hunter, Brayden, Tierra, Bianna Jazmyn and Saylor. Along with her daughters and grandchildren, Angel is also survived by her significant other, James Courther, brothers Roy McLean and wife, Debbie and family, Lonnie Townsend and wife Robin, special niece Amber Presnell and daughter Dakota and special nephew Lonnie Townsend, Jr. She is also survived by many other family members,
Along with her Mother and Father, Angel is preceded in death by her step-father, Jimmy Minton.
